The founder of ZenoCall approached Groovy Web with a bold vision: to build an AI telephony platform that could talk, listen, adapt, and convert just like a real human caller, but fully automated. The challenge was clear: traditional call centers are costly, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. The solution? Intelligent AI voice agents capable of making thousands of personalized, natural-sounding outbound calls daily without fatigue, delays, or human error.
We were tasked with building a powerful yet intuitive platform that seamlessly merges AI voice capabilities with a robust backend infrastructure. Key challenges included: Designing voice flows that sound human and conversational not robotic. Building a client-facing dashboard to upload leads, customize call scripts, and monitor campaign performance in real time. Integrating Twilio for large-scale, real-time voice calling. Enabling dynamic conversations where AI agents adapt to customer responses on the fly. Engineering a scalable system capable of handling millions of calls per month with zero downtime.
ZenoCall leverages advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) to power real-time, human-like voice conversations making every call feel authentic. Developed by Groovy Web, the bot understands, responds, and adapts just like a human agent.
Users can manage and run multiple outbound call campaigns simultaneously, each with its own targeting, script, and logic—enabling high-volume outreach with ease.
ZenoCall allows real-time editing of scripts and conversational flows, giving teams full control to tweak messaging and optimize performance on the fly.
