The founder of ZenoCall approached Groovy Web with a bold vision: to build an AI telephony platform that could talk, listen, adapt, and convert just like a real human caller, but fully automated. The challenge was clear: traditional call centers are costly, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. The solution? We were tasked with building a powerful yet intuitive platform that seamlessly merges AI voice capabilities with a robust backend infrastructure. Key challenges included: Designing voice flows that sound human and conversational not robotic. Building a client-facing dashboard to upload leads, customize call scripts, and monitor campaign performance in real time. Integrating Twilio for large-scale, real-time voice calling.
